Return & Refund Policy

At Grocery & Wholesale Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to all our wholesale clients. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible.

  • Perishable goods (such as food and beverages), and customized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return requests.


 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos and a description to [your email address]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on wholesale orders. Instead, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part.


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
